Sponsor Giveaway :: Lulu Photo Book

sponsor giveaway3 lulu-logoToday’s sponsor giveaway is from Lulu.com…an amazing printing and photo book company.  And when I say amazing, I am far from exaggerating.  You all know how much I love my photo books.  When I received my Lulu made book in the mail, I was ecstatic.  The book is absolutely stunning…and well, one of you lucky readers are going to win one as well!   DSC_0635I decided to make a photo book for my mom.  She is over the moon about being a grandma this year so I thought it would be extra special to make her an official grandma brag book {with of course, me and the hubby squeezed in as well!}.  I compiled pictures from the last year {some old camera, some new DSLR camera—both came out in excellent quality} and made up a little story…DSC_0618 DSC_0619 DSC_0620 DSC_0621 DSC_0622DSC_0624 DSC_0625 DSC_0626 DSC_0627 DSC_0628DSC_0630DSC_0633

So let me tell you a little bit more about these Lulu photo books:

  • The online software is super easy to use {for you newbies} with premade layouts but also has the capability for you to design your own layout {like what I did}.  Plus everything is stored online not taking up a ton of room on your hard drive {just remember to save…something I have forgotten multiple times!}.
  • The paper quality is fantastic!  I was truly impressed.  With the many hands that are going to look through this book, the pages are going to stay together.
  • The color and photo quality are bright and clear.  This is the first book where I got to see full bleed of our pictures from my new camera.  And let me just say…amazing!!!
  • Many cover options…I truly prefer being able to have a photo and text on hard cover…seems so professional and coffee table worthy…and not all companies provide this.
  • Many size and page number options.  I do not like to be limited to a certain size or a certain amount of page numbers.  With Lulu you get to make the book you want.

As you can see, I am highly impressed.  And this is not an understatement.  Lulu has won me over.

And lucky for you…one of you gets to experience the wonderfulness of Lulu photo books as well!  A free photo book from Lulu to one lucky reader!

Oh, I LOVE photo books!!! Yours is fab. I made one last year of our Disney Mediterranean Cruise and adore it. Indy loves to look at it. I even made my mom a smaller version.
What would I make this year? Easy! Han Solo is due in April (though he keeps trying to come out now!), so I would LOVE to make my mom a book of photos of both my boys. I'm an only child, so my boys are her only grandchildren. She would take the book EVERYWHERE!

Your photo book turned out so cute. I would love to make one of these of my granddaughter. I haven't made any photo albums/books since she was born. She is 14 months. Shame on me! :)

hmmm...with my photo book, i would either devote it to the first year of my baby, or compile photos and stories for my in-laws about their children's families. we don't all get together very often, so this would be a way to have us all together per se...in one book. :)

I would make a memory book of my mom and dad. They both are in heaven now but I think about them each and every day and how much they are missed. Looking at your album, I just wish we could of had more time together. They were grand-parents too and so loved their grand-kids to no end. Actually they now have a great grandson and great grand daughter from my oldest brother's kids. I know they would have been so happy to meet them. Thanks for the opportunity! I love your website and reading about your adventures in life.

This is great! What a wonderful gift for your mom! If I won a book I would make a book of our 2010. I want my baby boy to be able to go back and look at the photos from his first year of life in print instead of solely on the computer. Kelly

Oh! Your book made me teary, what a special year, you all had. I could make a 'baby' book for one of my three however what interests me most is recording our homeschooling journey...that would be a sweet record of our learnings. ~C
