I normally don't click over to this page from your main blog, but the picture of you in your wedding dress on the treadmill made it worth my while. :)

My family should be motivating me. I want to stay healthy so that I can be around for my girls. This is a constant struggle for me. Something I need to do a better job with....

My "skinny pants" inspire me to get back in shape! Until I can comfortably slip into them, I know I need to do some more work. On the serious side, my family inspires me to keep healthy. I want to set a good example for my children and want to have the energy to tend to their needs.

this is going to sound totally Christian cheesy, but honestly, what motivates me is trying to live in obedience to God! he made our bodies to have stomach growling when we are hungry and fill full when we have eaten enough! to i just try to listen to my body the way God created me to. Jesus was all about moderation!

A friend of mine is my motivation right now. She has lost over 50 pounds this year. She has a goal and shes going for it and shes starting to look really good. We're almost to the same size and I want to join her in losing weight. Shes so positive about it and its so nice to have someone who is at the same point going for the same goal!

My kids should motivate me to be healthy so I can be around for a long time with them. I haven't been too motivated lately. But I must say that YOU are very inspiring. Not just with your healthy lifestyle but with your whole attitude. And I'm not just saying this because you're doing the giveaway. ;)

I have to say that I motivate myself! When I am treating my body properly it rewards me in leaps and bounds!

Sadly, our many family members who suffer from illness due to lifestyle choices keep me motivated to eat healthily and stay active and fit. I want to enjoy my body and have a great quality of life!

My 1950's dresses inspire me to eat better and exercise. Those and my blood pressure and cholesterol medication that I'd love to throw away.

My children are my motivation to try to be healthy. My husband died suddenly at the age of forty-five so I am their only parent.
